Christmas Wreath Workshop
Date: Thursday, 8th December 2022
Time: 10.30-1.00 pm
Location: Upper Sydling House, Up Sydling, Dorchester
Dorset DT2 9PH
Our Christmas Wreath Workshop will demonstrate the making of a wreath from the very beginning stage of layering a wire frame with moss to make a wonderful base from which to create your individual design. Our teacher will show how to add layers of pine, foliage and natural seasonal decorations, changing the look depending on quantity and varieties used. With foraged aswell as sourced materials to use, you will create a unique-to-you and sustainable Christmas wreath. This can be used to hang on your door, on a stairwell, or as a decoration for your Christmas table.
As previous attendees will agree, our workshops tend towards an abundant and original design style, using plenty of seasonal material in order to achieve this look. You will be able to add your own creative stamp to your wreath, with the help of our talented teacher, who is best known for helping to bring the best out of people and their designs.
The morning will start with coffee and cake - and there will be more to keep you going during the workshop!
Numbers will be limited in order to ensure you receive sufficient attention from our teacher during the workshop.
