GARDEN TO EASTER WREATH

 

This will be an enjoyable morning to work with your hands in the peaceful surroundings of Dorset Walled Garden's floral studio, set in the heart of the garden here.

We shall gather for coffee and cake at the start of the day, and work with cut and foraged materials to create a very striking spring wreath for a prominent position in, or outside your house. It will provide a constant reminder of what is to come, with promising buds, blossoms and blooms in your wreath.

​

Our teacher will first of all demonstrate the method used to make this wreath, after which you will make your own to take home with you. We will explore other designs that you could make with your wreath, using seasonal additions cut and foraged throughout the year.

​

There will also be an optional guided walk around the garden, for anyone interested in seeing the garden slowly coming to life again for the new season.

 

This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience, from beginner upwards.
