DESCRIPTION

With the peonies out, it is time to put them to good use, so we intend to show you how to incorporate them into a fabulous summer pedestal arrangement. This demonstration will demystify how one creates a large and beautiful pedestal arrangement which will be a fabulous way to greet guests in your home, in a marquee or in a church. We will show you exactly what you will need to recreate this striking feature for your event - or maybe just to enjoy!

The demonstration will feature peonies, early flowering roses and cut flowers that are out at this time.

Due to a huge personal love of peonies, we grow several varieties, including Dr Alexander Fleming, Sarah Bernhardt, Monsieur Jules Elie, Bowl of Beauty, Karl Rosenfeld, Felix Crousse, Red Charm, Buckeye Bell, Krinkled White and Alba Plena. There should, therefore, be plenty of the earlier flowering peonies to see at the time of this workshop. We shall start the morning with coffee and cake on arrival and then take you over to the floral studio for our demonstration. Following the demonstration there will be a chance to have a guided tour around the garden before heading home inspired and ready to create your own striking arrangement.
